Located in the heart of the southeast row, this hut enjoys a large terrace with tiled porch where you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and the bay of Es Trenc.
The name originates from one of its inhabitants, the “Patró Punta”, one of the few fishermen who could boast of being a skipper and owning a boat.
It is the most spacious hut of the whole row; It has a bedroom where you will dream cradled by the gentle lapping of the waves and the wind’s whisper. The kitchen is located in the living room, with sea views, the loft is prepared as a bedroom and there is a sofa-bed oriented to the wood-burning stove. It was decorated in the same style as each one of the little houses in this row: large clay tiles, predominance of wood and sandstone walls.
